个人简介

曹纪胤教授在美国西北大学凯洛格管理学院获得博士学位。在加入香港中文大学(深圳)之前,她曾任纽约州立大学石溪分校副教授。她的研究主要集中于决策、社交网络、文化和科技。她的研究方向主要包括:1. 社会文化因素(如文化、社交网络、社会阶层、多样性、流动性)如何影响个人的心理和行为,例如如何建立人际关系、信任、做出决策?2. 人们如何与科技(如人工智能、机器、社交媒体)进行互动?她的研究发表于国际顶级的学术期刊中,如Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Science, Psychological Science, Social Psychology and Personality Science, 以及Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes。
